In addition to therapy, I spent many years as a Registered Nurse, working with acute and chronically ill patients. Though now retired, I maintain an active interest in medicine and natural healing.

I work with individual adults in areas involving anxiety, depression, grief, communication and life-stage transition. I also assist individuals whose desire to express themselves through music, writing or other art forms poses challenges involving purpose, identity and motivation. For those desiring a spiritual approach to their problems, I provide therapy within a faith-based, Christian framework grounded in five decades of experience.
