Everyone desires to live an emotionally healthy life, free of mental stress and burdens. Perhaps you have never experienced this type of freedom but you are desiring a fuller, richer life. Or maybe your life has been mostly smooth sailing, but you are in a difficult circumstance that is overwhelming. My desire is to meet you where you are at and walk with you to a healthier, stronger place. This supportive relationship is the foundation for healing change. For those wishing counseling from a Christian framework, I have 4 decades of Christian experience.
In addition to therapy, I spent many years as a Registered Nurse, working with acute and chronically ill patients. Though now retired, I maintain an active interest in medicine and natural healing.
